Z Squared has begun planning and preliminary engineering for its Union County campus in El Dorado, Arkansas, targeting approximately 150 MW of AI-ready capacity. A2 Advisors will guide development and customer leasing strategy, with options shaped by prospective tenants’ infrastructure requirements.
2. Expansion depends on commitments
About 8 MW is currently available; additional capacity is not contracted or energized. Expansion depends on power arrangements, tenant commitments, financing, permitting and construction.
