ZLAB•Zai Lab closed a private placement of 11.34 million American depositary shares, raising approximately USD 249.93 million gross and USD 241.17 million net. The USD 22.04 per-ADS price was a 7.13% discount to the preceding five-day average ordinary share closing price.

Zai Lab closed the private placement on October 27, 2026. Investors hold 113.4 million ordinary shares, representing 9.06% of total issued ordinary shares upon completion. The company said it will primarily use the net proceeds for continued global development of zocilurtatug pelitecan, its DLL3-targeting antibody-drug conjugate.
