ZenaTech acquires Ohio land surveyor BA Land Professionals in 26th Drone as a Service deal

ZenaTech completed the acquisition of BA Land Professionals, a Dayton, Ohio-based land surveying firm licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina.
The deal marks ZenaTech’s 26th Drone as a Service acquisition, adding a first Ohio location and expanding its U.S. footprint to 12 states.
Planned use of the platform
ZenaTech plans to use the platform to expand drone-based surveying and inspection services across the four-state region.
BA Land Professionals services
BA Land Professionals provides surveying services, including drone and LiDAR mapping, with customers in the construction, energy, industrial and government sectors.
