The company completed 20 acquisitions in 2025, expanded its DaaS network to 24 locations, and initiated prototype development for maritime interceptor drones.

ZenaTech recorded full-year 2025 revenue of CA$12.9 million, up 558% from 2024, driven by its Drone as a Service and enterprise SaaS segments. Q4 revenue reached CA$5.2 million, a 670% increase, while total assets rose 188% to CA$99.8 million and cash reserves climbed 301% to CA$15.1 million.
2. Acquisition and Network Expansion
In 2025, ZenaTech completed 20 acquisitions, including 19 land surveying and inspection firms across North America and Europe and the U.K.-based enterprise software company Othership Limited, enhancing its service offerings. The company expanded its DaaS network to 24 global locations and acquired HR services software provider Now Solutions, marking its 12th SaaS brand.
3. Defense and Product Development
ZenaTech commenced prototype development for the gas-powered ZenaDrone 2000 and one-way Interceptor P-1 with a marine launching station to target maritime defense contracts. It opened an office in South Korea, plans manufacturing and testing operations in Ukraine, and advanced three drones through Green UAS certification toward Blue UAS qualification.
