ZenaTech Tests AI Drone Power Wash in Dubai, Secures 5,200 sq ft Facility

ZENAZENA

ZenaTech is testing its AI-powered tethered drone power wash system using LiDAR scanning for high-precision building cleaning at a private flight facility in Dubai. The company is leasing a 5,200 sq ft sales and operations site, hiring staff, and training pilots to launch its Dubai Drone as a Service hub.

1. Autonomous Power Wash Platform Testing

ZenaTech has deployed its ZenaDrone IQ Square in Dubai’s private flight-testing facility to validate an AI-driven, tethered power wash system that uses LiDAR scanning to generate 3D building maps and target high-dirt zones. The autonomous platform adjusts pressure and coverage in real time while an operator supervises from the ground, aiming to enhance safety and reduce water and chemical usage.

2. Dubai DaaS Expansion Plans

To establish its first Middle East Drone as a Service hub, ZenaTech has leased a 2,200 sq ft business sales office alongside a 3,000 sq ft drone operations warehouse, recruited business development personnel, and begun pilot training. The firm is scaling aviation permits and business scope to support urban operations and client deployments.

3. ZenaDrone IQ Square Specifications

The rotary VTOL ZenaDrone IQ Square features a 40×40 to 50×50 inch footprint, interchangeable sensors and cameras, and a seven-kilogram payload capacity. It operates on tethered power and water, offers approximately 20 minutes of flight time per battery cycle, and autonomously recharges on a landing pad.

4. Market Opportunity and Growth Strategy

With the drone-based cleaning services market growing at 17% annually toward an estimated USD 13 billion by 2030, ZenaTech aims to modernize manual cleaning through acquisitions and corporate-owned DaaS locations. The strategy focuses on leveraging existing service providers to build a global network offering inspection, maintenance, and power washing under subscription or on-demand models.
