Kodiak Sciences said Zenkuda and tabirafusp-ted met primary endpoints in the pivotal Daybreak trial in wAMD. It said Zenkuda showed strong immediacy and sustained clinical effect, with a majority of patients on 24-week dosing intervals using strict treat-to-dryness retreatment criteria.
2. Safety and filing plan
The company said both treatments demonstrated safety consistent with the established safety profile of aflibercept. Kodiak plans to submit a Zenkuda BLA in the fourth quarter of 2026, including five positive Phase 3 studies.
