Zentek Begins Year Two Environmental Baseline with CLFN Integration for Albany Graphite

ZTEKZTEK

Zentek’s subsidiary Albany Graphite Corp. has launched its second-year environmental and social baseline program with ERM, covering 12 disciplines and integrating Constance Lake First Nation into every 2026 field campaign. This workstream runs parallel to the Preliminary Economic Assessment targeting Summer 2026, advancing permitting for nuclear-grade graphite production.

1. Year Two Environmental and Social Baseline

Albany Graphite Corp. has retained ERM Consultants to execute its second-year environmental and social baseline program, scoped across 12 disciplines including water, air, wildlife, vegetation, archaeology, land use and socio-economic studies to establish multi-year pre-development conditions for Canadian federal and provincial permitting.

2. Constance Lake First Nation Integration

Constance Lake First Nation members will participate in every 2026 field campaign—from water quality sampling to archaeological surveys—with results shared throughout the season, reflecting a continuous partnership model and meeting elevated Indigenous engagement expectations in critical mineral project development.

3. PEA Alignment and Strategic Significance

These environmental and social workstreams advance alongside technical and commercial studies feeding the Preliminary Economic Assessment targeted for Summer 2026, positioning the Albany project to satisfy stringent traceability and environmental rigour standards demanded by nuclear, defence and allied-nation buyers of 5N+ graphite.
