Zhihu filed a next-day disclosure return to HKEX covering a share buyback executed on Aug. 27.
The company repurchased 104,916 A ordinary shares for cancellation on the New York Stock Exchange.
The buyback price ranged from US$1.01 to US$1.03 per share, for a total consideration of US$107,209.47.
