Zillow and Realtor.com to Syndicate Preview Listings to 305 Million Users
Beginning this summer, listings in Zillow’s Preview program will also be syndicated to Realtor.com under a new Realtor.com Preview initiative, extending reach from Zillow’s 235 million to Realtor.com’s 70 million monthly users. More than 60 brokerages—including Keller Williams, REMAX and HomeServices of America—are enrolled, with agents sharing revenue on closed preview sales.
1. Zillow and Realtor.com Launch Preview Syndication
Starting this summer, Zillow’s Preview listings will automatically appear on Realtor.com under a co-branded Preview program, creating a unified pre-market platform for off-MLS homes across both portals.
2. Brokerages and Reach Expansion
Over 60 brokerages and franchisors—including Keller Williams, REMAX, HomeServices of America and United Real Estate—have enrolled in the Preview programs, extending total monthly user exposure from 235 million on Zillow to an additional 70 million on Realtor.com.
3. Revenue Sharing and No-Cost Participation
Agents at participating brokerages incur no listing fees and can earn a share of revenue on any home sold through the Preview connection, while consumers gain direct access to listing agents or can work with buyer’s agents.

The partnership challenges off-market strategies from competitors like Compass and Redfin, and underscores Realtor.com’s stance that MLSs should remain central to home marketing while offering transparent, pre-market exposure.
