Zoetis disclosed results of a peer-reviewed lab study comparing Simparica Trio with NexGard Plus in a controlled challenge against a resistant heartworm isolate. Simparica Trio prevented adult heartworm infection in more dogs; an earlier head-to-head study using a different resistant isolate also favored Simparica Trio.
