Zscaler’s ThreatLabz 2026 Phishing and Initial Access Report shows a 20% year-over-year drop in total phishing volume alongside the emergence of 413,524 AI-generated phishing site instances. The report highlights a 65.5% surge in Services sector hits, 95.2% of lures hiding in encrypted traffic, and sophisticated session-hijacking kits bypassing MFA in real time.
2. Zero Trust SASE Expansion with ZAgent Framework
Zscaler unveiled its ZAgent Framework to automate SASE administration via natural language prompts and deployed the ZDX agent for end-user experience diagnostics. The company extended its Zero Trust SASE architecture to unmanaged devices, B2B partners, enterprise browsers, multi-cloud workloads, Kubernetes microsegmentation and now secures over 750 billion daily transactions through unified policy controls.
