Zurn Elkay Water Solutions agreed to acquire Intellihot, a privately held maker of commercial gas and electric tankless water heaters.
The deal expands Zurn Elkay into the tankless water-heating category, targeting commercial and institutional end markets.
Intellihot sales outlook and closing timing
Intellihot net sales are expected to be about $37 million in 2026.
The transaction is expected to close early in the third quarter.
