3D Systems named Phyllis Nordstrom Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 23, 2026, after she served as Interim CFO since August 2025. She will continue in her role as Chief Administrative Officer, reporting directly to President and CEO Dr. Jeffrey Graves.

2. Finance Leadership and Mandate

In her expanded CFO role, Nordstrom will oversee global finance operations including financial planning and analysis, reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations and internal audit. During her interim tenure, she optimized cash flow, disciplined capital allocation and drove targeted profitability improvements across the additive manufacturing segment.

3. Professional Background

Nordstrom joined 3D Systems in September 2021 and brings over 25 years of progressive leadership in finance, controls and risk management from roles at MTS Systems, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Target Corporation and U.S. Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and continues to oversee global human resources, risk and compliance, as well as IT and cybersecurity.
