The pact extends AAR’s existing defense distribution channel into commercial aviation, granting airlines direct access to Woodward components through AAR’s global warehouse network with faster delivery and priority Aircraft on Ground support.

Critical engine parts represent some of the highest-demand consumables in commercial aviation, with the agreement positioning AAR’s Parts Supply segment to capture incremental revenue and strengthen its global logistics footprint.
