AbbVie said patients receiving subcutaneous Skyrizi in the Phase 3 AFFIRM study achieved better disease control than those receiving placebo, with benefits holding through maintenance follow-up. Separate extension analyses scheduled for ACG 2026 indicate sustained long-term bowel healing in harder-to-treat patients. Real-world studies scheduled for the meeting also point to disease control with Rinvoq in advanced Crohn’s disease, including complex fistulizing cases.
