Actuate Therapeutics plans to initiate a Phase 1/2 trial of oral elraglusib in the first quarter of 2027, initially targeting metastatic melanoma. The trial will evaluate the drug as a single agent, with potential expansion into other advanced solid tumors.
2. Preclinical findings
Testing in an aggressive melanoma mouse model showed significant tumor growth inhibition, increased antitumor immune activity and favorable tolerability. The findings are scheduled to be presented on November 18, 2026, at a cancer research symposium in Barcelona.
