The FOX-XP unit can test nine wafers simultaneously and includes a fully integrated WaferPak Auto Aligner with a complete set of FOX WaferPak Contactors, designed to meet high-volume reliability and throughput demands.

The customer, a leading optical transceiver supplier for data centers, is expanding silicon photonics transceiver production to serve hyperscale AI and cloud infrastructure, projecting additional system purchases later this year.
