AGCO names Stefan Caspari head of Fendt/Valtra, replacing Torsten Dehner
AGCO•AGCO named Stefan Caspari senior vice president and general manager of Fendt/Valtra and Product Management, effective immediately, replacing Torsten Dehner, who steps down Oct. 5, 2026. Caspari will retain leadership of North America Ag as AGCO reduces its executive team by one role.

AGCO named Stefan Caspari senior vice president and general manager of Fendt/Valtra and Product Management, effective immediately. He previously led Customer Success and North America Ag and will retain leadership of North America Ag. Caspari joined AGCO in 2014 and has held roles spanning strategy, smart farming and commercial operations.
2. Other appointments
Torsten Dehner steps down from his role as senior vice president and general manager of Global Fendt/Valtra and Product Management, effective Oct. 5, 2026. Luis Felli will lead Massey Ferguson, Parts and Customer Support, while Damon Audia will lead PTx, Corporate Strategy and Distribution. AGCO said it reshaped its executive leadership structure, cutting the team by one role.
