NeuroOne expects fiscal fourth-quarter product revenue of about $3.8 million, compared with about $2.7 million a year earlier. It forecasts full-year product revenue of about $10.5 million, up 15.6% and matching the top end of its guidance range. The company secured a record $4.5 million purchase order in September; about $1 million has shipped, and $3.6 million is slated for fiscal first- and second-quarter 2027. Open purchase orders for shipments through fiscal first-quarter 2027 totaled $5.4 million as of Sept. 30, 2026.
