Agenus presents long-term survival data for botensilimab-balstilimab in MSS metastatic colorectal cancer at SITC 2026
AGEN•Agenus said two research posters on botensilimab with balstilimab were accepted for SITC 2026, with presentations scheduled for Nov. 7.
1. Posters accepted
One poster will review long-term survivors with refractory MSS metastatic colorectal cancer treated with the regimen, aiming to clarify who benefits most. A second will report preclinical findings on combining the antibodies with MiNK’s agenT-797, including tumor-cell killing in a liver-metastasis model.
