The combined company's common stock and warrants are expected to begin Nasdaq trading Nov. 5 under AGLT and AGLTW, respectively. Existing Agility shareholders will roll 100% of their equity into the combined company, and existing shareholders and Churchill's sponsor face 180-day share-sale lockups, subject to early release based on stock-price performance.
