Alliance Laundry’s full year net revenues reached $1.7 billion, a 13% increase driven by strong volume and mid-single digit price increases. Adjusted EBITDA rose 14% to $436 million, lifting the margin to a record 25.5%, while net income increased 3% to $102 million with a 6.0% income margin.
2. Fourth Quarter Performance
In Q4, revenues grew 10% to $435 million and adjusted EBITDA increased 17% to $107 million, achieving a 24.5% margin as volume gains and cost-down initiatives offset tariff impacts. Net income fell to $21 million from $37 million due to a one-time IPO-related share-based compensation charge, partially offset by significantly lower interest expense.
