Allied Gold appoints Joanna Pearson to board as independent director

Allied Gold appointed Joanna Pearson to its board as an independent director, effective immediately.
Pearson previously served as CFO of Endeavour Mining from 2021 to 2023. She spent 12 years as an audit partner at Deloitte, leading multinational audits for US- and Canada-listed miners.
Board member Daniel Racine stepped down, shifting to an emeritus director role.
