Alps Group announces extraordinary general meeting
ALPS•Alps Group will hold an extraordinary general meeting via Zoom on Oct. 21, 2026, where shareholders will vote on a 1-for-5 share consolidation and a proposal to increase authorized share capital to US$105,000.
1. Meeting proposals
Shareholders will also consider amended and restated memorandum and articles reflecting the consolidation and capital increase. An adjournment proposal would allow the meeting to be rescheduled if more time is needed to secure votes.
