Altus Group’s Q2 2026 Pan-European CRE dataset showed values up 0.3% q/q, easing from a 0.6% gain in Q1.
Annual appreciation held at 1.9%, extending gains to an eighth straight quarter, though yield expansion continued to cap upside.
Sector performance varied across property types
Residential led with a 0.7% q/q rise; industrial edged up 0.1% as slower rent growth reduced cashflow gains.
Office values were flat; the sector remained the weakest with 0.8% y/y growth, weighed by declines in Germany.
Retail rose 0.5% q/q on yield-driven gains; “other” assets climbed 2% q/q, up 6.5% y/y on strong rental growth.
