Appeals court blocks referrals
Brazil Potash said it won a procedural victory at Brazil’s TRF-1 appeals court, which blocked referrals of challenges to the STJ and STF.
The court deemed appeals filed by federal prosecutors and Indigenous groups inadmissible, leaving prior rulings in place.
