Amazon DSP Integrates Comscore Data, Unveils Five AI Accelerators, Eyes 30% Better Trainium Sales

1. Amazon DSP and Comscore Partnership
Amazon DSP will embed Proximic by Comscore’s contextual, ID-free Predictive Audience segments across its CTV, web and mobile channels. The move aims to help advertisers overcome identity fragmentation, enable non-endemic audience targeting and fill addressability gaps, with ad-tech partner MiQ among the first to implement the integration.
2. AWS Public Sector Summit Launches
At the AWS Public Sector Summit, Amazon introduced five AI solution accelerators purpose-built for government and education agencies. These prebuilt frameworks span real-time video intelligence to constituent digital services, allowing organizations to advance from pilot to production in weeks while leveraging existing IT environments.
3. Trainium Chip External Sales Talks
Amazon is in early discussions to offer its custom Trainium AI chips to external customers, touting a 30% advantage in price-performance over leading GPUs. While Nvidia’s CUDA ecosystem remains a competitive moat, analysts note that expanding Trainium sales could diversify Amazon’s revenue streams and pressure incumbent chip suppliers.
