American Critical Minerals Extends Warrant Program and Secures Minas Gerais Support
MTX•The company extended its warrant exercise program for 10,304,000 warrants exercisable at $0.25, potentially raising up to $2.58 million before June and August 2026 expiry dates. It also signed a Protocol of Intentions with the Government of Minas Gerais to back its rare earth, gallium and lithium project in Brazil.
1. Warrant Exercise Incentive Extension
The company has pushed out the deadline for its warrant exercise incentive program, covering 10,304,000 warrants at $0.25 per share originally issued in June 2023 and August 2024. Full exercise by the new deadlines on June 28, 2026 and August 23, 2026 could inject up to $2.58 million in equity capital.
2. Government Protocol for Critical Minerals Project
A Protocol of Intentions was signed with the Government of Minas Gerais and its investment agency to support the advancement of the company’s rare earth, gallium and lithium project in Brazil’s Lithium Valley. The agreement includes assistance with permits, infrastructure facilitation, and introductions to potential suppliers and public-private partners.
