American Outdoor Brands appointed Kevin D. Leary to its board, effective Aug. 4, 2026.
Leary will serve as an independent director. He will join the compensation committee and the nominations and corporate governance committee.
Leary is CEO of Hallador Investment Advisors, an SEC-registered investment advisor and family office focused on long-term value creation.
