The Generation Essentials Group finalized the US$69 million acquisition of the Hilton Garden Inn New York Tribeca at 39 6th Ave, rebranding it as AMTD IDEA Tribeca Hotel within the AMTD Digital ecosystem. The transaction expands the firm’s premium asset holdings in a prime Manhattan location.

The property’s scale, retail potential and central Tribeca address align with TGE’s strategy to build a hospitality portfolio of high-end assets. Management expects cross-segment synergies with media and cultural initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
