Amtech Systems named Guy Shechter president, CEO, and board member effective Aug. 13, 2026.
Shechter joined in May 2026 as president and COO; previously he was SVP and GM at Yield Engineering Systems and held leadership roles at Veeco Instruments.
Bob Daigle will move to executive chairman from CEO.
