AngloGold Ashanti ups Thesis Gold & Silver stake to 9.7% in C$58.46 million share offering

AngloGold Ashanti has increased its stake in Thesis Gold & Silver to 9.7% from about 5% following a February 2026 strategic investment, after a C$58.46 million share offering that was fully subscribed by the miner.
The deal includes 8,342,257 common shares priced at C$3.41 each, raising C$28.46 million.
A separate flow-through tranche totals 6,302,857 shares, raising C$30 million to fund exploration spending at the Lawyers-Ranch project.
Closing is targeted for around Aug. 27, 2026, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
