Annexon says tanruprubart shows rapid strength gains in first 10 GBS FORWARD study patients
ANNX•Early FORWARD results in Guillain-Barré syndrome
Annexon reported early FORWARD study results in Guillain-Barré syndrome, showing rapid functional improvement in all treated patients within about one week.
Patients showed quicker strength and mobility gains than typically expected, including faster recovery in severe cases requiring intensive support.
Safety was broadly consistent with prior experience, with adverse events mainly tied to the underlying disease or its complications.
Additional FORWARD data will be presented at upcoming medical conferences, supporting a planned BLA submission targeted for Q4 2026.
Tanruprubart remains under review by the European Medicines Agency.
