Anta Sports buys 29.06% Puma stake for €1.5B to boost global expansion
Anta Sports Products will pay €1.5 billion ($1.78 billion) at €35 per share to acquire a 29.06% Puma stake from the Pinault family. The deal makes Anta Puma’s largest shareholder and expands Anta’s global footprint by leveraging Puma’s heritage in Europe and Latin America.
