Applebee’s introduced $6 Mucho Beach Break cocktails—Caribbean blue Long Island Adiós and Watermelon Mana Margarita—and launched Prickly Melon Rush and Watermelon Lime Rush non-alcoholic refreshers. Applebee’s introduced its limited-time Mucho Beach Break lineup, featuring the $6 Caribbean blue Long Island Adiós made with Smirnoff Vodka, Bacardi Rum, STILL G.I.N., blue curaçao and premium sour, and the $6 Watermelon Mana Margarita on the rocks with Teremana Tequila Blanco, triple sec, watermelon and lime. The menu also includes non-alcoholic refreshers Prickly Melon Rush and Watermelon Lime Rush, blending Red Bull Watermelon with fruit and soda.

2. Extra-Cheese O-M-Cheese Burger Priced at $11.99

The chain upgraded its signature O-M-Cheese Burger with additional layers of melted cheese atop a seasoned beef patty, onions and special sauce for $11.99. This menu move aims to boost average check sizes and capitalize on demand for indulgent comfort items.

3. IHOP Secures BLTAF Trademark

IHOP filed for a trademark on the BLTAF acronym, standing for Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato And Fries, to protect its branding rights for the new sandwich concept. This action reinforces Dine Brands’ focus on intellectual property and differentiation across its restaurant portfolio.
