Aptevo Therapeutics said it will present its CD40-directed multispecific cancer immunotherapy program at the SITC 2026 Annual Meeting, scheduled for November 4-8, 2026. The work targets solid tumors by concentrating immune activation in the tumor microenvironment to strengthen anti-tumor responses while limiting systemic activation; slides will be posted after the presentation.
