Ardent Health reported third-quarter revenue of $1.62 billion, up 3.1% year over year and above the $1.60 billion analyst estimate. Adjusted EBITDA was $138 million, beating the $124.18 million estimate; net income was $44.52 million and earnings per share were $0.31. Adjusted admissions rose 2.9%.
2. Updated outlook
The company raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $500 million–$535 million from $485 million–$535 million, and its net income guidance to $132 million–$167 million from $110 million–$163 million. It maintained its 2026 revenue outlook at $6.4 billion–$6.7 billion and increased its share repurchase authorization by $25 million. Ardent said its IMPACT cost-savings initiatives contributed to efficiency gains and improved financial performance.
