ARM Holdings plc posted Q1 FYE27 revenue of $1.29 billion, up 22% year over year.
Royalty revenue rose 22% to $715 million; license and other revenue climbed 23% to $574 million.
Non-GAAP operating income totaled $531 million, implying a 41% non-GAAP operating margin; non-GAAP operating expenses were $733 million.
Trailing 12-month non-GAAP free cash flow was $1.4 billion; Arm cited cumulative shipments of more than 350 billion Arm-based chips.
Arm introduced its AGI CPU for cloud and AI data centers, co-developed with Meta, and guided Q2 FYE27 revenue to $1.38 billion plus or minus $50 million.
