Atomera Q2 revenue rises as customer engagements advance

Customer engagements and development work
The company said it made progress with customer engagements in advanced logic and memory segments, citing AI-driven demand for performance improvements.
Atomera also highlighted a new approach to GaN-on-Silicon for RF applications, which it said is aimed at reducing costs and complexity. The company reported growing interest from DRAM and flash memory providers.
