Australia shares set to open flat, NZ falls

Australian share price index futures were flat, at an 18-point premium to the S&P/ASX 200's Friday close, when the benchmark fell 0.4%. Markets expected a fourth rate hike of the year at the central bank's policy decision later in the week.
