Autonomix Medical appointed former Medtronic Vice President and Chief Regulatory Counsel Sandra Cohen Kalter to its board.
Kalter has more than four decades in medical devices and healthcare, including 20 years in senior regulatory legal leadership at Medtronic.
She oversaw due diligence and integration work on more than 27 acquisitions during her Medtronic tenure.
