Banco Santander issues EUR 600,000 3-year express memory coupon notes linked to equity basket

The notes are autocallable from April 19, 2027, with step-down trigger levels from 100% to 76% through April 2029.
Listing is planned on Euro TLX.
Underlying basket and payoff terms
The underlying basket is Enel, Iberdrola and Schneider Electric. The payoff is tied to the worst-performing stock in the basket, and there is no capital protection.
The notes pay a 2% contingent coupon with memory if worst-of performance is at least 65% on observation dates.
