Amcor reported adjusted Q2 EPS growth of 7%, driven by cost synergies that delivered $55m in the quarter and $93m in the first half of fiscal 2026. Management noted that synergy realization tracked at the high end of guidance, offsetting softer volumes.

3. Outlook and Asset Review

Leadership affirmed full-year adjusted EPS guidance of $4 to $4.15 while aiming for double-digit growth and doubling free cash flow versus fiscal 2025. The company is actively evaluating the sale of roughly $2.5b in non-core assets, including its North American beverage business.
