Barclays completes acquisition of GoHenry from Acorns
BCS•Barclays completed its acquisition of UK youth money-management platform GoHenry from Acorns; the deal is expected to marginally reduce Barclays’ CET1 capital ratio.

GoHenry will retain its brand and standalone app as Barclays targets deeper customer relationships across key life stages. Acorns will keep GoHenry’s US business under the Acorns Early brand, alongside Pixpay in Europe.
