Wallace brings more than 30 years of senior financial and corporate leadership experience, including roles as CFO and Executive Vice President at AST SpaceMobile and CFO, Treasurer and Vice President at Cogent Communications, with earlier senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank and JPMorgan.
