BayFirst Financial sets COO Robin Oliver base salary floor at $350,000 under revised employment agreement
BAFN•BayFirst Financial revised employment agreements for COO Robin L. Oliver and CFO Scott J. McKim on Sept. 24, 2026. Their minimum annual salaries are $350,000 and $325,000, respectively, with agreements running through Aug. 1, 2029.
1. Agreement terms
Oliver’s and McKim’s agreements include automatic one-year renewals, stock grants and cash incentive opportunities tied to continued employment and performance. Certain change-in-control or termination events trigger cash severance equal to 200% of base salary plus the average cash bonus for the prior two years; both agreements include two-year non-solicitation covenants.
