Board appointment and retirement

BCE appointed Rebecca McKillican to its board, effective July 31, 2026.

McKillican led McKesson Canada as CEO from 2020 to 2023. She joined McKesson in 2017 via its acquisition of Well.ca, where she was CEO.

Director Katherine Lee will retire from the board, ending an 11-year tenure.
