Mission Valley Bancorp posted Q2 2026 net income of $1.8 million, up 50% from a year earlier; diluted EPS rose to $0.54.
Net interest income increased 7.5% to $8 million; net interest margin narrowed 4 basis points to 4.34%.
Non-interest income climbed 20.74% to $2.7 million; sale of $18.4 million of loan principal generated a $1.1 million gain.

Net charge-offs rose to $1.1 million; non-accrual loans increased to $12.2 million, while classified loans climbed to $32.8 million.
