Early deployments showed OEE gains of 5%-15%, defect reductions of 15%-20%, and throughput increases of 10%-15%.

The rollout targets life sciences and consumer packaged goods manufacturers, with the aim of delivering measurable performance improvements within weeks without equipment replacement.
