Under the program, Willis will serve as placing broker while Kayna manages the technology integration, combining underwriting expertise with data-driven automation to streamline coverage procurement directly through Belfry’s platform.

The collaboration embeds an interactive insurance portal within the Belfry dashboard, leveraging Kayna’s data orchestration layer to auto-populate payroll and operational metrics during application and quoting. Real-time data feeds reduce manual entry and support immediate premium estimates, accelerating quote turnaround and simplifying risk assessment for security firms.

Security companies often spend weeks gathering and formatting payroll data for insurance applications and audits; this portal aims to cut those cycles to hours while reducing unexpected year-end adjustments. WTW expects the embedded solution to open new distribution channels for its insurance products, drive incremental fee revenue and strengthen its foothold in vertical SaaS-enabled insurance services.
